Welcome to Carpal. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Description

Carpal provides on-demand car wash services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our operators come to your location to wash your vehicle.

Account Registration

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

Bookings & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Cancellation is free if done before the booking confirmation window
• Wash packages are prepaid bundles; each booking uses one wash credit

Wallet

• Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Wallet credits do not expire
• In the event of account deletion, wallet balances are frozen

Liability

• We take reasonable care when washing your vehicle
• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the wash
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time through the app
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Financial records are retained as required by law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
